Important Instruction Regarding Digital Certificate


"Amendment in Submit Bid Hash expiry date for NIT 437 , NIT 435 and NIT MTN 37 "
Bidders have to pay Rs. 606 as online service charges and for tender document cost, they have to submit separate DD along with EMD.
A contractor participating in the tender for a particular package, for the first time, will have to pay cost of bid document as indicated in the NIT against each package. However, if a contractor who participated in the tender for a particular package in any previous call and paid full cost of bid document, submit bid for the same package in the second or subsequent calls, he is required to pay processing fee of Rs. 1000/- only in the shape of Demand draft payable to MPRRDA, in addition to service charges of Rs. 606/- to be paid online. This Demand draft of processing fees will be submitted along with the EMD instrument and original affidavit in the PIU, concerned or MPRRDA Head qrs. Bhopal as the case may be
